By using KamFiha, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its Premium features.
2. Description of KamFiha
KamFiha is an Arabic-first nutrition tracking app that supports photo meal analysis, voice meal logging, manual food logging, meal editing, diary history, nutrition targets, and weight tracking.
3. Nutrition Estimates
Nutrition and portion results, including AI-generated results, are estimates. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing results when appropriate.
4. No Medical Advice
KamFiha is provided for general informational and wellness purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use information presented by KamFiha. Consult a qualified health professional for medical, dietary, allergy, eating-disorder, pregnancy, or other health-related questions.
6. AI-generated Results
AI features help interpret meal photos and voice descriptions. They do not provide guarantees, medical conclusions, or exact calorie detection. KamFiha may present unmatched or uncertain items for you to review or replace manually.
7. Free Features
Core manual tracking, meal editing, Diary, Progress, weight tracking, goals, and onboarding are available without Premium, subject to normal app availability.
8. Premium Features
KamFiha Premium adds AI-powered convenience, including photo meal analysis, voice meal logging, and eligible AI-powered corrections. Premium availability and feature scope may vary by platform, region, and store configuration.
9. Starter AI Allowance
Eligible users may receive five lifetime starter AI actions. A successful photo analysis or standalone voice meal analysis generally uses one action. Eligible voice correction tied to an already accepted analysis does not use an additional action. This allowance is not a free trial and may be changed for future users where permitted.
10. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered through the applicable app store. The store listing and purchase screen show the current price, billing period, and available subscription options.
11. Billing
Payment is charged and processed by the relevant app store, not directly by MARIR LLC. We do not process payment-card information.
12. Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable store's rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account, as applicable.
13. Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect according to the app store's billing rules. Premium features remain available while the applicable entitlement is active.
14. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the applicable store or platform's policies. MARIR LLC does not control store refund decisions.
15. Restore Purchases
KamFiha provides a restore-purchases option where supported by the applicable store. Restoring a purchase does not remove local tracking data.
16. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, interfere with the app or backend, submit unlawful content, or use KamFiha in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
KamFiha, MARIR Group, related software, designs, and content are owned by MARIR LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
18. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or change features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI or other online features.
19. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KamFiha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARIR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of KamFiha. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
21. Termination
You may stop using KamFiha at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
22. Governing Terms
These Terms are governed by applicable law. They do not limit any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled in the forum required by applicable law unless a valid agreement states otherwise.
23. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date when revised Terms are published.
